Sometimes a photo shoot can be challenging. And sometimes you win at life and a shoot is all ponies and butterflies (and boats! and dogs!) and perfect golden sunlight. It was so fun wandering around Charleston with Meghan and Matt! About halfway through the shoot, Matt gave me one of the best compliments you can give your photographer: that the photoshoot was actually fun! (Ps- engagement shoots should be fun!). So excited to share these images with y’all….happy Friday!

      I am getting excited for another Charleston engagement shoot next week, so I thought I’d share some of Nicole & Matt’s session from a few weeks ago! These two are so sweet and I can’t wait for their wedding in Charleston next year! Happy Friday!
I have been waiting ever so patiently for these two to return from their honeymoon so I could share their blog! I had the best time wrapping up a whirlwind October with Lindsay and Bryan’s wedding in Charleston. The sunlight *loves* these two (see: their engagement session). We lucked out with amazing weather and light and it truly was such a perfect wedding day. Enjoy!

These two got married on a chilly but gorgeous fall day at The Hermitage earlier this month. We were dying over the gorgeous red and orange fall color palette that was in everything from the bouquets and dresses to the cake! Looking through these photos, I have to say that there aren’t many guys who look at their ladies the way Andrew looks at Ashley. There were tears all around (guilty!) during the first look and ceremony. So so sweet. Congrats y’all!
